At MadinahShutter, all products are printed on demand and made specifically for each order. Because of this, we maintain a limited return and refund policy aligned with our fulfillment partner Printful.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at:info@madinahshutter.com

Include:

• Order number
• Description
• Photos

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our artworks are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Design preference
• Sale items or gift cards

Integrated archival markings included within the artwork form part of the original artistic composition and do not constitute customization requested by the customer.

European Union

Where applicable under EU consumer law, consumers may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. This right may not apply to artworks made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
