At MadinahShutter, all artworks are produced on demand and crafted specifically for each order. Printing, packaging, and shipping are handled through trusted third-party fulfillment partners.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Once payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our fulfillment partner for printing and preparation.

Production typically takes:

2–5 business days

Actual production time may vary depending on the product type and fulfillment location.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide through our international fulfillment network.

We are pleased to offer complimentary international shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout based on your destination.

Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete, shipping times depend on your destination and the shipping method selected.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental charges.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.

Shipping Delays

MadinahShutter is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Events beyond reasonable control

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your shipment’s progress.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

MadinahShutter is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, reshipping may require an additional fee.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to investigate the matter.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be fulfilled from multiple production facilities, resulting in separate deliveries.
