MadinahShutter offers curated fine-art photographic works printed on demand and fulfilled through third-party production partners.

All artworks are produced specifically for each order.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand Nature

Because each item is made to order, slight variations in color, tone, or material may occur between digital previews and the final printed product.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the store’s displayed currency.

Payment must be completed in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, product availability, or specifications at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped by fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

MadinahShutter is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond reasonable control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund practices are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, text, branding, and website content remain the exclusive intellectual property of MadinahShutter unless otherwise stated.

Purchase of an artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical print only and does not transfer reproduction, distribution, or commercial rights.

7. Integrated Archival Markings

All artworks include integrated archival attribution elements embedded as part of the original artistic composition.

These markings are not considered personalization or customization requested by the customer.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Reproduce or resell images
• Scrape content
• Use the site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with site security

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MadinahShutter shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Services or products.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, shipping disruptions, strikes, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
